In this Barre class Emma will bring you through a flow that focuses on your glutes. This is a great one to do during your day - step away from your desk and feel the burn. This flow will leave you feeling energised and is a great one for toning and stretching your glute area. All you need is a mat, and a chair, flat surface or bar (if this is available to you).
