Day Four Audio File – Practicing Gratitude
Day Four Task:
Make your favorite tea/ coffee and choose your spot in your home or garden to sit comfortably. Relax your shoulders. Place your feet firmly on the floor, connecting to the ground. Place your hands loosely on your lap.
Take a deep breath in your nose and slowly exhale out your mouth. Do this 3 times.
Open your journal and write down 3 things that you are grateful for today.
A great tip is to keep your journal by your bed and every morning when you wake up write down 3 things that you are grateful for. This will help you to start your day o the right foot and in the most positive way.
If you are more of a night owl, you can also change this up and do this exercise at night.
