Being Inspired
Do a digital spring clean. Look at your social media and social influencing material. Are they harmful to your mood on a daily basis? Spend time today thinking about the type of people and daily inspiration you want in your life.
Think about your hobbies; start following those who are inspirational in these areas.
Think about what is important to you; start following people with similar core values.
Think about the message you want to see ever day; start following these people and pages.

This can extend outwards to the podcasts you listen to, the books you read and even to the people you interact with on a regular basis.
