Day One Audio File – The Meaning of Happiness
Day One Task:
Make your favorite tea/ coffee/ drink and choose a spot in your home or garden to sit comfortably. Relax your shoulders. Place your feet firmly on the floor, connecting to the ground. Place your hands loosely on your lap.
Take a deep breath in your nose and slowly exhale out your mouth. Do this 3 times.
Open your journal and spend the next 10 minutes writing about ‘what happiness means to you’.
We will revisit these answers at the end of the week so make sure to record your thoughts and keep them in a safe place. You might like to add some drawings or write down key words, or even a paragraph, explaining what happiness means to you. There is no wrong or right answer or approach here – it’s personal to you so enjoy this process and do whatever feels right for you.
