Day Seven Task:

Choose Your Path

Go on a mindful walk – take in your surroundings and while you are walking to the beat of your own drum think about the choices you have made in your life to get you to where you are right now. Consciously think about the choices you make today; think about the choices you have made this week throughout this challenge. Think about how these choices can have a greater knock on effect on your thoughts, emotions and others around you.

When you get back from your walk take out your journal. On Day One you were asked to write down the meaning of happiness – what happiness means to you. There is no right or wrong answer, it is subjective and specific to you.

Take some time to think about what you wrote on Day One, the journey you have come on since then and whether your initial meaning of happiness is aligned with everything you have learned this week.

For the next 10 minutes think about what happiness means to you. Carry this with you and any other exercises that you picked up this week. Think about your choices, do what makes you happy, after all you are the one who creates your own happiness, and this comes from within. Be as happy as you can possibly be because you deserve to be happy – today and for every day of your life.
