Your Flow

Spend 20 to 40 minutes today doing something that you truly love.
Choose something that you are good at, something that you can do within your skill set and most importantly something that you enjoy.

Choose a space that is free of distractions and has all the tools that you need for your activity. Turn on your favourite music or enjoy the silence as you get into your zone and find your flow.

Share your finished project/ experience with a friend or your family.
