Cork Lotus Yoga:

With years of teaching experience, Hazel and Katie’s class differ as they bring their own unique style but both have there roots in vinyasa yoga (breath centered flow) and all classes are held within a mindfulness space.

They joined forces during the pandemic to help support each other as teachers and business woman, trying to survive in such uncertain circumstances while continuing to support our yoga communities.

This has allowed them to create a broader and more diverse offering of classes, workshops, retreats and events for you.

Katie and Hazel both love nature, hiking, sea swims, the human body, the workings of the mind, movement in all its forms, laughter, honesty, authenticity and community.
