Mary Kelly:

Mary first began her yoga journey over a decade ago and has been teaching yoga for over 9 years! Initially she was apprehensive about starting yoga, she had decided it wasn’t for her but it only took a few classes and she absolutely hooked! She fell in love with practice because of how it made her feel both physically and mentally.

“Every time I step off my mat I feel like a new person.”

Mary did her first 200hr teacher training in 2012 and since then has never looked back. Over the years she has completed many different training courses in yoga, mindfulness, movement and pilates including her 300hr teacher training, Yin yoga and mindfulness, kids yoga, mat pilates, yoga detour DMO & DMS. 

Mary’s classes are a fusion of all of the above styles helping to create well-rounded balanced classes that support people physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. 

Mary has a down to earth style and likes to bring a light heartedness and fun energy to all of her classes.
