Join Mary Kelly for a short Pilates flow. If you are a little stuck for time, this class is perfect as it is just over 20 minutes long. Pilates is great to help strengthen your core. This level 2 flow is best suited to those with a little bit of experience. If you are unsure, we suggest trying Mary's Pilates flow level 1 first.
