Join Hazel O'Sullivan from Cork Lotus Yoga for a 30 minute Yin class with a focus on upper body, specifically shoulders. This class will start and end with a short meditation. You will need a block and a cushion to sit on. This practice can be done at any time during the day that you can allocate time for YOU.  The theme of this Yin practice is to create room, time and space to focus your intention inwards.
